Check in time is 4:00 pm. Early arrival requests cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate each request.

Check out time is 11:00 am. Late departures may be available and may require an additional fee. Please verify with the Front Desk during your stay.

Unlimited access Valet Parking is $10 per night, or $1.25 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Self parking is available in municipal parking lots one block away.

All guestrooms, function spaces, and common areas are non-smoking.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee any reservation.

Pet Policy – Pets are NOT allowed in our hotel except for service animals. Please provide notice when making a reservation regarding service animals.

Photos are representative of the property and may differ from your specific unit.

A limited number of Rollaway Beds are available upon request. The nightly fee is $15 and must be requested at the time of booking. Rollaway Beds cannot be accommodated in Traditional Queen Rooms or the Pine Street Guest House.

Pack N Plays are available at no additional fee during your stay. Please request this at the time of booking.

The Boulder hotel is air conditioned and individually controlled in guestrooms. Humidifiers and fans are also available at no additional cost during your stay. Please communicate your request with our Front Desk staff.

Minimum check-in age is 21 years old. Guests must present valid identification upon check-in.

The cancellation policy varies depending on the date of stay:

  • During most of the year, cancellations are accepted up to 4 pm mountain time 24 hours prior to the arrival date without penalty. If you cancel a reservation within 24 hours, a charge for one-night’s room and tax will be placed on the credit card.
  • During certain times of the year, we have up to a 30 day cancellation policy. A $300 deposit is requested at the time of booking and is refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Our reservation specialists will discuss the appropriate cancellation policy with you during the booking process.
  • Contracted groups will have a specific cancellation policy. Contact the sales office with questions regarding your group.

Guestroom rates do not include the tax rate of 12.3%. To be honored, any exemptions must have proper documentation presented at time of check in. The tax rate is subject to change without notice.

All credit cards are authorized for the full amount of the room and daily incidentals at the time of check in. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. House credit is allowed for hotel guests by imprinting your credit card at the front desk.
